Our Rate
The rooms :
Our two stars hotel has got 7 rooms fitted with large bed or twin beds. All of them get a bathroom with a bathtub or shower, a private toilet, a TV with TNT and free wifi.
Some room get a private balcony with a stunning view on the Belledonne mass. You have got the free Wi-Fi in the room.
Please be aware that our rooms are located on the first floor without lift. There are not disabled access. For any request, please contact us.

Extras :
The rate do not include :
- The buffet breakfast the restaurant : 11 € per day / per person to add on the room rate.
- Pets allowed : 5 € per day per animal
- City tax : 1 € per day per person.
- (+18 years old).
Reservation policy
The reservation will be definitly confirmed once we will receive the 30 % deposit on the total room rate (payment by check, bank transfer, credit card).
Cancellation policy
For all cancellation, for any reason : - Until 30 days before the arrival day, the 30 % deposit will be kept (either 30 % non refundable as per penalty fees.) - Between 30 days at 3 days before the arrival day : the deposit will be kept + first night will be due. - 2 days before the arrival : the full amount of the stay will be due.
